IRS 990-N ePostCard requires an ID.ME user account:
Anyone creating a new user ID must go through the ID.ME website to establish your identity. If you are a military veteran you may already have an ID. This ID works across all government sites that require identity verification. Click on the HERE to access the IRS Website right below and either put in your ID or create a new one.
