Hotel cut -off date for reservations at the group rate is December 22, 2017 after that date is going rate/space available.

1. Click on "Book Your Room" to the left of the home page (BIG red box).
2. Enter the arrival date as indicated and number of nights
3. Underneath the room photo, there is a place to enter a "Promo" code. This is whre you enter the Booking Code: SPHTINL.
4. Click on "Check Availability" which located ABOVE the promo code in the red box.  Note: The next screen tends to roll so arrow up to see the full contents
5. To confirm Click the "Book Room" button and complete the reservation information as usual.

State President Proxy Form

State Association President's are members of the HTI Governing Board by virtue of the office held.  As per HTI bylaws you are required to attend or assign a proxy.
