The above link goes to the standard reservations page with the group code pre-loaded. The individual guests need to input their arrival and departure dates which need to fall with-in the group contract dates (+/- 3 days) and click “Check Availability” to go to the group’s specific rate and availability page. From there select a room type that they prefer and input the personal details to complete the reservation. The hotel's offering special group rate is 120 USD per night

100th Convention
CREDENTIAL FORMS
International Officers (Current) Credential FORM - each current Executive Board Members and is entitled to a vote but must attend in person.
International Officers (Past) Credential FORM - each past Executive Board Member is entitled to a vote but must attend in person.
Association Presidents Credential or Proxy FORM - each Association President is a member of the Governing Board by virtue of the office held and is required to be in attendance. This vote can be assigned (proxied) to any HTI member attending the convention.
Club Delegate or Proxy FORM - all clubs are entitled to vote at the convention based on the clubs membership count as of 3/31/16. This vote can be assigned (proxied) by the club to any HTI member attending the convention.
Club Masonic Representative Credential FORM - The Masonic Representative MUST attend in person, the vote cannot be assigned (proxied) to anyone. The named person MUST be the Masonic Representative of record in the international office.
These credential forms MUST be presented to the Credentials desk upon arrival but in no case later than 12:00 Noon on June 25, 2021. These credential forms will be exchanged for a color coded delegate card which will be used for any vote requiring a paper ballot.
