6/23 Thu:          

6-9am – Breakfast at hotel restaurant.

9:20a - Bus leaves hotel for a tour of The National WWI Memorial and Museum.

2:00p - Leave Liberty Memorial

2:30p - Arrive Hayward’s Pit for authentic Kansas Barbecue.

4:00p - Arrive Back at DoubleTree.

Dinner on your own.

6/24 Fri:            

6-9am – Breakfast at hotel restaurant.

9:00a – Necrology Services And General Session opens.

9:30a – Spouses tour departs Hotel for The Steamboat Arabia, and Lunch on your own at the River Market.

12:00p - Men's Lunch

1:00p – General Sessions continues

4:00p – Spouses arrive back at the Double Tree.

6:30p – Grand Masters Dinner.

6/25 Sat:            

6-9am – Breakfast at hotel restaurant.

8:30a – Credentials Opens

9:00a – General Sessions continues.

9:30a – Spouses will be learning about how to make Greeting Cards with Lady Becky Haxton

12:00p – Wolcott Foundation Luncheon and General Membership Meeting.

1:00p – General Sessions continues (Election of Officers)

6:30p – President’s Dinner and Installation of 2022-23 Officers.

6/26 Sun:            

6-9am – Breakfast at hotel restaurant.

To make your registration easier for the Event - Tours - Meals ===> log into your account and your basic information is prefilled for you!  Just enter your email address into the upper right corner and your password, then go to the event and click on register.  If have never logged into your account or forgot your password click on the 'forgot password' link and follow the instructions in the email you will receive. There MUST be an email associated with your membership record for this process to work! Contact the international office to have an email.

Daily Breakfast will be served in the Hotel Restaurant and vouchers are available for purchase at $20.00 per person.

Thursday Lunch after tour completes will be at: Haywards Pit Barbecue, one of Kansas City’s top five. All you can eat (alcoholic beverages charged individually). Cost per person $75.00 for Tour and lunch

Friday Spouses Tour of the Steamboat Arabia and Lunch at River Market. Per Person $20. Lunch will be on your own. The River Market has many eateries, and the Trolley to Union Station, Science City, Crown Center and the Aquarium is free. Tour charge includes bus and the Arabia tour of 90 minutes.  The Trolley round trip is about 25 minutes for those who wish to take advantage of the kids places at the south end of the line. Cost per person $20.00.

Friday Men’s Lunch is Build your own deli. $33.00 Per person.

Friday Evening Grand Masters Banquet “A Taste of Tuscany” Cost per person $65.00 and a cash bar will be available, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Saturday Wolcott Luncheon (For Everyone) Salad Buffet (Meat included) Cost per person $30.00

Saturday Night Presidents Banquet will be Chicken Picata or Pork Loin or Vegan substitute for Vegetarians and Vegans. Cost per person $65.00 and a cash bar will be available, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM
