TRANSPORTATION If flying in the closest airport to the hotel is Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Transportation to and from airport is on your own.

This is a required meeting for ALL Association Presidents by virtue of the office you hold - being a member of the Governing Board.  If you can not attend, you are directed to appoint a proxy. (FORMS AT BOTTOM OF PAGE)

All HTI Executive Officers and Association Presidents shall complete an activity report for the period 7/1/23 to 12/31/23. Deadline to the International Secretary is Monday, January 9th!(FORMS AT BOTTOM OF PAGE)

Friday

·      7 – 9 am: Breakfast at the Hotel

·      9 am – 12 (noon): Filming NEW High 12 Promotional Video {Meeting room} (WAIVER)

·      12pm – 1:30pm: Box Lunch {Meeting room}

·      1:30pm - 6:00pm : Continued Filming NEW High 12 Promotional Video {Meeting room}

·      6:30 pm – 9:00 pm – Dinner at Antione’s Restaurant and Presentation by Keynote Speaker Roberto Sanchez 1st VP


Saturday

·      7 – 9 am: Breakfast at the Hotel

·      9 am – 12 (noon): High Twelve International Midyear meeting {Meeting room}

·      12pm – 1:30pm: Box Lunch {? room}

·      1:30pm - 4:00pm : Remainder of Midyear {? room}

·      5:30 pm – 8:00 pm – Ponchatoula Buffet and Presentation by Keynote Speaker Robert Cooper

Sunday

·      7 – 9 am: Breakfast at the Hotel

To make your registration easier for the Event - Meals ===> log into your account and your basic information is prefilled for you!  Just enter your email address into the upper right corner and your password, then go to the event and click on register.  If have never logged into your account or forgot your password click on the 'forgot password' link and follow the instructions in the email you will receive. There MUST be an email associated with your membership record for this process to work! Contact the international office to have an email.

Friday & Saturday Men’s Lunch - BOXED LUNCHES w/ Salad and Desert. (choice of 1 Sandwich) $25.00 Per Person per Day.

CELEBRATION SALAD - Mixed greens, golden raisins, blue cheese, walnuts, sundried tomatoes, pepper jelly vinaigrette & Brownie for dessert. 


GIROD - Brisket Beef Po-Boy on French Bread, with Leaf Lettuce and Creamy Coleslaw

Served with Cajun Penne Pasta Salad & Brownie for dessert. 

THE BASICS - combination of baked ham, smoked turkey, roast beef and Swiss cheese, leaf lettuce, mayonnaise, Kaiser Roll. Served with Cajun Penne Pasta Salad & Brownie for dessert. 

Friday Evening Dinner

Antione’s Restaurant- Within walking distance of Hotel. Each meal comes with an Antoine’s Salad - Spring greens, goat cheese, heirloom cherry tomatoes, shallots, house-made croutons, Acadiana honey Creole mustard. And Desert - Pecan Bread Pudding Leidenheimer French bread, fresh eggs, cream, cinnamon, vanilla, golden raisin, butter rum sauce

Hanger Steak - $95.00 per person (Tender Hanger steak, Creole Cream sauce, smashed potatoes, and asparagus)                                               

Gulf Fish Provencal - $95.00 per person - (Grilled speckled trout with a bright sauce of tomatoes, garlic, olives, and artichokes over cauliflower puree and asparagus)
